Senior Sales Consultant (outside sales)

This person will be given active clients to develop and nurture.

They will be in the field with customers most of the time uncovering needs, presenting solutions and follow up on programs that we have delivered. They will be selling our complete line of training and consulting services and software. They should be comfortable meeting with sales managers and other managers within our client companies.

Credibility is key in that our customers must have a high level of trust with this person prior to making their decision.
We have an excellent reputation and most of our business is repeat and referrals, but this person also has to set up new clients and build new business.

This person will be perfectly bilingual and have a successful track record in sales.

Inside Sales Consultant

To support the outside sales effort we want to have an inside salesperson to do the following:

> Set up appointments for the outside salesperson
> Promote public courses like Superior Sales Management
> Follow up with existing clients
> Create proposals
> Use Maximizer to track opportunities
> Coordinate the details around the implementation of the
   courses

This person will spend a lot of time on the phone with clients and supporting the outside sales effort. The person needs to be completely bilingual. Should also be a team player, coordinating all the details between our administrative staff and our consultants. Since this is a new position, we could consider a part-time person at first to work two to three days per week with the opportunity to go full time. For the right person we could start them on a full-time basis at the beginning.
